This is the 3rd Episode (25th May 2007) of Amul Star Voice of India. This time the auditions were held at Indore City. In this episode, 10 selected participants performed on the stage. This was the best episode as all the participants performed really well. Out of the ten, 6 participants managed to get entry to Mumbai. The six selected contestants are Aanchal Khurana, Ira Sharma, Karishma Kini, Anirudh Bhola, Supriya Pathak and Sanchari Bose..

This is the 2nd Episode (19th May 2007) of Amul Star Voice of India. In this episode , remaining 8 contestants from Kolkata audition performed on the stage. Out of them, three got the entry ticket to Star Voice of India show. The selected contestants are Sayantani Das (19 yrs), Rohit Sonar (22yrs) and Randeep Chowdhury (25 yrs)

This is the first Episode of Amul Star Voice of India (18th May 2007). The auditions were held at Kolkata. In this episode, out of 16 contestants selected from Kolkata, 8 had performed on the stage. And three of them were selected. 3 selected contestants from Kolkata are – Pratik Sur (23 yrs), Tanushree Banerjee (19 yrs), and Ravi Shukla (23 yrs)

About Aanchal:
Her family runs a bakery. No one had anything to do with music. Then Aanchal came along, blessed with a voice that was as sweet as the icing on chocolate cake, baked by her grandfather. She has given up her MBA course for ASVOI.

About Aditi:
Aditi’s grandfather and her father are Dhrupad singers. Aditi, too, is following their footsteps and follows a strict regimen of riyaaz. During the audition, the judges felt that the classical touch that she has in her singing could prove to be a problem later. Aditi has decided to mould her singing to enaure that it suits playback.

Amitabh’s idol is his father (an advocate) who went through a lot of struggles to come to where he is today. Amitabh has been struggling for a year in Mumbai, doing stage shows, to get an entry into the musical world. His family, however, has been very patient and have supported him in every possible way. He feels that ASVOI would give him recognition

About Anirudh:
Lady Luck was on Anirudh’s shoulder on the day of the audition, which is probably why he made it into the show. According to the judges, his performance had many errors but what sailed him through to the studio round was his natural talent. Abhijeet said that he had to be reprimanded a lot to come into form. Today, Anirudh is working very hard to win the hearts of the jury.

About Arindam:
Arindam’s inspiration was the fakir who used to sit outside a hotel in Kolkata and sing. His song plucked Arindam’s heartsings. Apart from the songs of Kishore Kumar, Arindam is also a huge Aerosmith fan. He has the backing of all his friends who say that Arindam will be the ASVOI.

Name: Arvind Dhadwal
Place: Kangra, HP
About Arvind:
Arvind comes from the town of Kangra, nestled between the hills of Himachal Pradesh. His idol is Kishore Kumar and confesses that he has a huge weakness for the sad and sentimental melodies sung by Kishore Da. When asked to sing, Arvind almost instinctively belts out Kishore Kumar numbers. He did the same for the audition and got appreciated for the sincerety in his voice.
