   Abhilasha is the worst contestant of all. She is highly incompetant and is resulting the downfall of some really good contestants like Toshi, Ashpreet, Priyani. Abhilasha forgot song twice and the judges kept carrying her balls all the while. She is the Sanjaya (american idol) of SVOI. A dramatist and a witch.

   Though Abhilash needs little maturity she has a very good voice quality. That keeps her in top 6. This week Irfan and Abhas rocks. They need to be in top 3. Sumitra and Ishmeet should be out of the contest as they are very ordinary

   i think abhilasha is the best female singer in the competition. she has the best voice quality. just because she forgot some lyrics does not make her a bad singer. we are here to choose the best voice and she’s the best.

   Dude, Have u heard Abhilasha today? If u compoare her voice, talent with other female singers, she is no. 1 by far. PLEASE STOP VOTING FOR SUMITRA. She is not VOI and should get eliminated in next episode. Please vote for Abhilasha and for TOSHI as well so that he might carry on.

   You r right Abhilasha is the best singer amongst females, , all judges know what they were saying since they know music more than us , but people who r beauty oriented doesnt know voice quality and keep on voting sumitra who is even worst amongst the group she should be eliminated firstnot prantika

   I have not been able to watch this completely, but it seems Abhas and Irfan were mind blowing???

   Yaar $hashi please correct the video, this show seems to be excellent, I do want to watch it.

   This is the best episode of SVOI so far… all singers sang awesome…Gajendra probably understood what needs to be done…don’t let the judges talk too much…let Shaan take over the show…

    The thing that frustrated me abt Friday nites show was the fact that I think VOI is forgetting that this is a contest…not a lets meet the family show..after Toshi and Priyani leaving…the show has lost its spark..and seriously what are they doing with the whole..”kaun banega wild card entry”…and then they dont even mention anything abt it on the show..after Toshi leaving, I stopped watching..but just bcoz of the wild card entry I HAVE to watch to see when and if he will be picked..and then VOI says nothing..its fooling its audience..

    As for Harshits vot plea…come on…I appericate the whole dadi sentiment..but this is taking it a bit far…he said in the vot plea, mujhe bahut baat nahi karna aata…and THEN when the Nach Baliye chick comes on…ohh Harshit sure can talk …it frustates me when they dont concerntrate on the task ahead and bring these stupid gmmicks to the show..

    Laits comments…seriously what did u guys think of that..? I thought his gay partner adhesh wasnt there so lalit would stay in his cage..but no…he said a few nasty things today…

    I say BRing back Toshi next week or just stop fooling the public…I cant keep getting up @ 4:30am to watch average singer..I want the real VOI to return…

    I think the Shaadi ROund winner – the best among the whole lot is Abhilasha!! She managed to capture all the pain; love and hope in that Bidaai song. She was brilliant and surpassed all the others. she might just turn out to be the best among the whole lot, but we have to wait and see who is going to be the winner; as its not really the judges say which will prevail. its the public who will be voting.

    it is really commendable that Abhilasha has perfomed so well in spite of being in the Danger Zone so many times. I hope that this performance will pull her out.

    @Anjani11 – the Wild Card Entry will be there next week on Saturday. Lets see, I am Sure Toshi, Ashpreet and Priyani will bounce back with mind blowing performances; but the votes is what will count – depends on how many friends and family of each contestant will be able to put in multiple votes. I sure am going to be having my phones ready

    I think Subramanium ji u r absolutely correct…this was one of Abhilasha’a best performance and the way u have described her performance is 100% spot on.Abhilasha sang the best among the lot and for me she is the best among the lot.

    its so sad to see her in the chakravat so often. i request everyone to please vote for her so that she doesnt get eliminated next week. we dont want to see another magnificient singer go out.

    i pray to god that she gets out of the chakravat next week.

    abhilasha’s today’s performance was good. other than that she is pretty immature and needs years of training before coming even any closer to people like Toshi, Priyani and Harshit and Abhaas. the worst of the lot are Abhilasha, Irfan and Ishmeet. I am quite happy to see Abhilasha in the bottom four. its about time she gets kicked out next time. she is the curse on other participants. Sumitra has variety, although I do agree that sometimes she gets more into pleasing the judges than singing the song properly.

    Order of quality of singers

    Toshi > Harshit/ Abaas > Priyani > …..> Abilasha > Irfaan > Ishmeet.

    That should have been the order of elimination. Too much pampering of Abhilasha is doing damage to quality singers like Toshi, Harshit, Abhaas, Priyani and Arshpreet. The judges should just stop getting over involved in the competition.

    Abhilasha was a WINNER in the shaadi episode…she deserves to stay and go on to the final…
    everybody is entitled to his/her opinion but for me she’s the BEST.We should all vote for her to get her out of the chakravat. All the judges were full of praise for her, and even the guest judge told she was the best.

    WIN OR LOSE ABHILASHA YOU ALWAYS ROCK !!

    VOI has lost all of its charm due to elimination of Priyani, Mirande & Toshi.

    Moreover, in the race of TRP & money collection through votes,like other channels, VOI also have forgotten that this is a search for a true voice & it should not be treated like a natak/nautanki or film promotion program.

    The contestants are forced to dance n mockery on stage,creating silly videos of them, wearing theme dresses,performing marriage or Rakshabandhan on stage and foolish things like presenting their family on stage n begging for votes.

    All of the producers do not remember that this is a serious talent hunt show & it should be remain as tough as it was in beginning.

    But guys, sab TRP ka khel hai, if other channels are doing the same thing , VOI also thinks in same fashion.

    As a fool just in front of an Idiot box, we have to bear this menace.

    Guys,Any idea what happened to internet voting? I am trying in indya.com from last two days and everytime I click submit after voting..It says “Script Timed Out”. Lot of my friends are also complaining about this.This happened last week also. This is a serious concern as all the people leaving abroad cannot vote in that case.Is there a way we can make the organizers aware of this?

    Sumitra is the weakest candidate (nothing personal against her) and needs to be eliminate to ensure no more injustice is done (like Toshi and Priyani) to other candidate who are more deserving. I hope actual people who are voting read this blog and vote for “Sachhe Suro ki Jeet” and do not get carried away by other factors. I will not be surprised if Sumitra and her fan club are playing some behind the scene game to get more SMS for her. She is from IT background and it might be possible to automate bulk sms voting through some Internet site or such program. I don’t see any other justification for Sumitra to reach so far otherwise. I hope she gets eliminated in this round.

    I am glad to realize that true music lovers are united in supporting Irfan & Abhilasha and also agree that it is time for Sumitra to say good bye. Today is voting day and I request all music lovers to make sure not to vote for Sumitra and vote as much as possible to for other candidates. I am not biased for any candidate. Irfan, Harshit, Abhilasha, Aabhash they all are good. Even Ishmeet is also improving day by day. I am really worried that people who are blindly voting for Sumitra because she is from Mumbai or because of her style, look or whatever it might be will be really doing injustice to other candidate who might get eliminated because of Sumitra. They all are much better than Sumitra. So guys please today is voting day and you all know who should be eliminated in next round. We don’t want another upset like Toshi and Priyani. Let the weakest voice of all get eliminated and that is Sumitra.

    While I agree that Abhilasha sang really well, I think it is extremely shortsighted to dismiss Sumitra as the weakest link. If you loook at the diversity of voices she has portrayed over so many episodes, some of the most versatile and complex songs were presented nearly flawlessly by her. I also think Toshi was done an injustice in being eliminated and I disliked the vote pitch by Harshit – it seemed too over prepared. So Friend – whoever you might be, please review performances and do not overlook the major oversights that Abhilasha got major reprieves on before making silly comments.

    The way he’s showing clippings of people showing anger over each and every eliminated contestants, it all makes me feel that Toshi’s elimination was the biggest drama of all. He wants to suck all the SMSs out of poor people when he goes for the wild card round.

    Some people are still obsessed with Sumitra and mention her versatility to justify the same. But whenever she has tried slow number her performance has been below average and worst among all contenders. She is good only for fast songs. When it comes to versatility Harshit is the best among all and he knows how to sing within his limitation. Abhilasha is naturally gifted singer but is little immature. Toshi is well trained singer whose roots are in classical singing which sometime is going against him in commercial singing. Aabhash is good singer in making but bit too young. Irfan is hard working, well trained and talented singer but has disadvantage of being tagged as south Indian. Priyani is real fighter but was unfortunate. Even Ishmeet is improving day by day. When it comes to Sumitra she is better than other female voice when it comes to fast songs but that is not enough because she is the worst among all contenders when it comes to other type of songs. She is better performer and knows how to impress people with her latka, matka and jhatka but in that case she should participate in Indian Idol and not in VOI. She definitely is not even close to any of current contender when it comes to “Sachhe Suro Ki Jeet”. She gets vote on name of Maharashtra but why people are forgetting that even Abhilasha is from Maharashtra. We are here to find out Voice of India and for that Sumitra needs to be eliminated.

    Thank u eor the information Mr Rishi.It will be really sad 2 see aabhas ‘s exit. this is a big blow after toshis exit.abhilasha was exceptionally fantastic on that day.she has matured in to a good singer. the thing is her consistency.sumitra has benn very consistent in her performance.that sardar sang well but for his survival,those songs were ordinery.
    well I think there will be wild card entries and the final say will be with the judges.if they change the format.I think the eliminated singers can be voi!!!!!then another thing is begging for votes bt bringing grandma s,daddys,mummys,etc is all cheap.the only dignified parents i saw was of sumitras.all others were after sympathy for votes.I do respect sentiments.But this is a question of survival of the fittest singer and not a melodramatic show.it is rediculous to come on stage ,and in the name of family value etc etc,the entire concept is being blown out of proportion.I think the sardar escaped only bscause of such nonsense on stage.I feel the boy deserved a better time to bow out.abhas,do not worry you r in the minds of real music lovers.u will rock the film industry with ur fabulous voice.MR Rishi, r u there?
