Wild Card Entry for Amul Star Voice of India
Ok guys..Another confusion set by Gajendra Sing..Now Star Voice of India will have Wild Card Entry..There is lots of confusion regarding the Wild Card Entry. Now 7 eliminated participants have performed for Wild Card yesterday. The seven contestants who got the chance of singing once before the esteemed panel of judges comprising of Khyyamji, Parvin Sultana, Anandji, Rabindra Jain were -
Toshi, Priyani, Abhas, Prantik Sur, Prantika Mukherjee,Mirande Shah, and Ashpreet Kaur.
I am still not sure how the selection will be done but whatever I have heard is like this..All 7 contestants performed but out of them, only 4 will get chosen by the judges. Out of these 4 contestants then, there will be public voting done and the 2 highest will re-enter. The 4 final contestants from the wild card round will be announced on the comming Friday.
Here are some of the comments said by the remaining contestants on the wild card entry:
Abhilasha: I don’t think it’s fair that they are getting this chance.
Irfan: He is in complete agreement that these contestants should get second chance.
Ishmit: I agree with whatever judges decide.
Harshit: He says that we have come so far so it’s bit unfair to bring in wild card round now.
Sumitra: She says that this wild card round will serve as wake up call to janta and hopefully they will select the right VoI now

Sumitra has been eliminated!!
Ishmeet and Abhilasha are other two in Chakravaat.
As per messages on Orkut, Sumitra has been eliminated but she would be considered for the wild card round.

Sumitra needs to be in, if she got eliminated, that was not fair at all…
I would want Priyani back – her stage presence is unmatched. I would like Priyani, Abhaas or Priyani , Toshi to be back.
But Sumitra is eliminated, I vote for Sumitra and Priyani
By Chocoholic on Sep 24, 2007 | Reply
I feel Toshi, Abhaas, Arshpreet and Priyani will be back. All my favorites (along with Irfan).
Who gets the highest votes this time? Hope it is Irfan again, so that it will shut Jatin up.

Clearly, Aabhas is the best of them all! He has the right kind of training needed to become a playback singer and a good voice quality to back it up. He has outperformed others many a times on the show. So it was rather sad to see him go. Now that he is getting this chance, all of us music lovers should join hands and bring Aabhas back. Let it not be about states, caste or religion, but about true music, as that is what this show is all about!
As for Toshi lovers, your love for him is surely a pleasure to watch, but in an industry where Quawwali and Sufi Songs are only produced intermittently, I have my serious doubts about whether he can be regarded as the Voice of India. Singing songs of one genre is surely not enough.
Perhaps what disappoints me most is to see Ishmeet get by even though everyone knows that he does not deserve to be where he is. Apparently, being Punjab ka Puttar has done much good for him, but I doubt if this can last till the end of the show.
Harshit is yet another disappointment and it is unclear what he is bringing to stage as a singer. He has never included any classical song in his presentations and has never tried any of the tough songs. He has thrived on Mr Aadesh’s insistence that he has a cinematic voice (whatever that means) and on his trying to please the female crowd. Well, ladies there is bad news for you as I am sure by now you know that he madly in love with Arshpreet. So you may want to reconsider your options!

what a bitch is Abhilasha. She has the nerve to say that its unfair that Toshi and the rest are getting a second chance. That bitch has already recieved so many chances with Alka Yagnik carrying her balls. Fat Bitch Abhilasha. I hope she goes next time

Jimmy, How can u say that Toshi cant sing any other type of song…have u heard his song “din dhaal gaaye” and his song that he sung when Kunal was at the show..?? also Ya Ali and Kaho na kaho….have u even heard those songs…?? I suggest you listen to that song and then say that he only sings one type of song..he is a brillant singer, (not a expert on music)..but this guy has real talent and all he needs is a bit of refining and hell be a HIT…and I dont think he even needs VOI…hell make it !!
Abhas….way overrate, personal opinion….but he can only sing older songs…they sound good in his voice…he has talent but within a few years hell be there…
Abhilasha…how can she say that..?? ughh lets not even get into it…you know they are all scared that if Priyani and Toshi come back …these clowns will be ousted..

abhilasha is niraasha. She is the worst. Extremely dodgy character. She should have gone long time ago and I am sure she will. Her slippery character destroys her so-called good voice. I am glad she is suffering in chakravat each week. Moti abhilasha reminds me of the one of the goblins from LOTR and she has the perfect Orc like character – i.e. no character. How dare she criticise giving Toshi a second chance – of course she is scared that she will lose because she knows she has no talent, she is just riding the wave. Get lost Abhilasha, get lost. may you rot.

How can u consider Sumitra for WildCard Entry when its already done…do they think the indian public is dumb…….OMG…this is insane …:S
This is such a set up, its getting to the point where I dont even know what to make of this shamble of a show..

Well Guys!
Don’t swear.
Out of these seven, i think the top 4 are Toshi and Aabhas from males and Ashpreet and Priyani from females.
AND I THINK “TOSHI” is COMING BACK.
IN MY OPINION there should be two winners one female and one male. Because you can’t judge between male and female. Male singer has its own characteristics and females have their own.

Hi all!
As per my information, Judges will choose 4 out of 7 and the announcement of the same would be made during friday’s telecast.
Since Sumitra was very much in the contest till the time these 7 eliminated contestants performed in front of the judges, she is getting a chance for the wild card entry to give equal oppurtunity to all the 7+1 eliminated contestants for making re-entry.
So, 4 contestants (out of 7)+ Sumitra would be considered for public voting.
Out of these five contestants (four selected contestants + Sumitra) only two would make re-entry on the basis of votes.
She might surprise everybody by declining the re-entry by wild card process by saying that she is out of the contest on the basis of Public voting and she respects the public opinion. Let us see what she decides on the day of shooting.
But it is certain she is being considered for public voting.
By vishalp9 on Sep 25, 2007 | Reply
Its good If Sumitra will be considered for WC entry, Then I will vote for Sumitra & Toshi for Wild Card Entry.
It will be good for VOI If this deserving candidates come back in VOI .
By Parveen on Sep 25, 2007 | Reply
I completely disagree with this Wild card re-entry. These contestants have been voted out by public and now they are asking public to bring them back and then again they will ask public to vote for them to make them VOI. I mean whats going on???? If you want to have the public voting sytem then respect the public voting. If you do not respect their opinion why bring them back and put them again in front of public???? Change your decision making sytem then!!! This all wild card entry system sucks!!!!

I really wish some of you people would watch your language when posting comments. You may not be impressed with or like someone but there is really no reason to bad mouth anyone. It leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. It is not just I who am making this request. The request is clearly made above the textbox where you post your comments. In case you have not noticed it, it reads as follows “Please don’t use harsh words or abusive language in your comments”.
Besides, as Parveen rightly points out, Gajendra Singh should decide how participants are going to be eliminated. If he had truly wanted sound judgement on selection of talent, he should have stuck to a jury made up of knowledgeable people and not thrown open the choice to the public especially as the latter is certainly going to be biased by where the contestant comes from, his/her stage presence and style in addition to the way he/she sings. In fact, I firmly believe that this wild card show has been brought in not because singers who have talent should be brought back but to make more money by way of smses and to create a few more shows and more drama.
By Prashant on Sep 25, 2007 | Reply
i agree with Sujatha. Sangeeta there is no need to use bad words, especially for people like Abhilasha. She is not even worth abusive language. I agree Abhilasha has been riding the wave so far, and I wont be surprised if she wins this rigged competition. As we all know now, this competition format is totatlly screwed up so its more like lottery – anyone can win and this means incompetant characterless people like Abhilasha can also win. now i prefer Ishmeet over her too, I agree with someone’s comments that at least he is honest and plain hearted, even though he cannot sing.

Abbhas was short circuited way too early; his mastery of sur, confidence, fluid and error free singing at ONLY 17 is astonishing…we can only how imagine he’ll sound when hegets “better”…HAHA.
Wake up people and start voting for really talent, Sumitra should have been ousted a long time ago. Abhilasha is a tremendous singer and has a sweet and unique voice…and has a better singing mastery at this point than Sumitra.
GOOD LUCK FROM CANADA TO ABBHAS, TOSHI, PRIYANI, HARSHIT, ABHILASHA, ISHMEET AND IRFAN!!!!!!!!

amongst all, the most pretentious participants are Abhilasha, Sumitra. Both are equally bad, manipulative, however Abhilasha has a special quality – she pretends to be the “POOR THING” so that she can attract sympathy vote. She falls to the ground and does the sashtang namaskar – all drama, then she pretented to cry when Toshi and the other participants were eliminated. I dont even think she has a memorable voice. all in all she is ordinary. she has got to go, i.e. if this show as Prashant says in not rigged, which is quite possible. Abhilasha is a hypocryte

I do not understand that why people can’s write without blaming others Yes i am talking about the sangeeta’s opinion she should not say bad words to Abhilasha neither any one of the contestants who participated in SVOI. Every contenstant is trying their best – Yes i also agree that what Abhilasha said reagrding the wild card entry is very wrong
What i want to say is we should use decent language for all participents
This is my personal opinion.

I really don’t know why some of u are maligning the character of a 17 year old kid who, in my opinion, is the least hypocritical. No participant, in my opinion, would want to go back on the rules to bring back eliminated opponents. It doen’t work that way in sports or for that matter in any other competition. I think the poor girl’s mistake was in openly voicing what everyone else was thinking but not saying out aloud. She is obviously too young to know that in today’s world, one needs to be hypocritical and not always voice openly what one feels, in order that one can be “politically correct”.
When the rules of the game have already been established, whether fair or unjust, one normally sticks to them and does not keep going back on them to suit popular demand.
It is obvious that the public voting format stinks but it is the same public who voted out earlier contestants. I would like to know why all these people who are so obssessed with getting back one or other of the eliminated participants didn’t do their best to make sure that their favourite remains in.
As for conning or hypnotising judges goes, you all seem to want “public voting” to stop and at the same time accuse judges of favouritism. In addition, if alka Yagnik is for Abhilasha, she has also openly complimented Priyani. Likewise, Jatin and Adesh are for Harshit and Abhijeet for Ishmeet and Irfan. So where is the question of Abhilasha playing on anybody’s sympathies?
There is one more thing I would like to point out: she had only one extra chance the time she stopped while singing “Saawariya”. The next time, during the Mahesh Butt “episode”, there was one big drama with Lalith and Adesh saying that she could not be given an additional chance as it was a competition and that other participants were objecting.
On the other hand, nobody stopped Harshit when he forgot while singing not just one but both songs. The judges of the Prithvi team were gracious enough not only to allow him to resume where he left off but also to sing along with him.
Finally, I really am beginning to wonder why there is so much rage and frustration expressed in some of the posts. Give these participants a break! If at all, u want to take it out on anybody, do so on the people who conceived this show and those who vote.
As kvriniranjan says, Abhilasha, will prove herself, if not in this contest, in the long term and make all her critics eat their words. The girl has a wonderful voice and talent that will come to the fore as she grows older.
MARK MY WORDS!
By John Galt on Sep 26, 2007 | Reply
Abhilasha is HYPOCRITICAL because she was given a chance not once but thrice – twice during Jagjit Singh’s episode and once during Mahesh Bhatt’s episode. The very well learned Jagjit Singh told her that YOU ONLY GET ONE CHANCE. Yet she recieved 3 chances and SHE HAS THE NERVE TO SAY that the 7 eliminated contestants dont have a second chance. Abhilasha should have been disqualified there and then. You dont get such second chances in competetive exams, then why should you get this chance in other competitions. This programme is a mess as it is, but in this mess you can clearly see who have the right character and who dont. In comparison, Sumitra was the only participant who wanted Toshi back knowing very well that in a contest between Toshi and her, she would lose – this is strength of character, which Abhilasha clearly lacks. Sujatha wants to give a fourth chance saying that she is only 17 and doesnt know how to hide her true self (i.e hypocrisy). Abhilasha is clearly sweating with the idea that she might have to compete with legends like Toshi and Priyani (who she pretended was her friend) – if this is not hypocrisy what else is? Only people who know the limits of their so-called talent are scared of letting competition. I think Abhilasha should move to Russia or China as she best fits the Communist behaviour and as she knows she will be crushed by competition. So there you go – this explains why there is so much rage agaisnt Abhilasha. She is the Peter Keating in Fountainhead – talentless people who use only pity and drama to win as they know that’s the only thing they can use since they clearly lack talent.

in my opinion its only waste of time or to make more money trick.
if you have current voting system in place there is no need to have this wild card entry.even if 2 guys get wild card this week they will be eliminated next week by same voting system. My ggod advice to star plus finish this hsow as qucikly as you can .people are now getting bored this wild card show and will not improve TRP.THE SHOW MUST END.
By Chocoholic on Sep 26, 2007 | Reply
I think everyone’s being too harsh on Abhilasha. Now, she is not my favorite singer, but put yourself in her place and tell me honestly: as a contestant, would you want stronger competition back in the show? Obviously not! She wants to win the contest, as does everyone, including Toshi. So, what is wrong with what she said? We didn’t like her comments because it is easy for us, sitting at our homes. Abhilasha is out there to compete, and she is obviously happy with the people that are left, which increases her chances to win.
As for Harshit, the lesser said the better. He is a hypocrite and a crybaby as it is.
By pankajvembar on Sep 26, 2007 | Reply
I think it is unfair to abuse Abhilasha. What is the need to use abusive language? Why do people call her characterless? Is it because she wears dresses with low neck lines or tight fitting clothes? Well, all girls on the show do.
It is quite natural for Abhilasha not to welcome the wild card entries. After all, every contestant wants to become VOI. Besides, I think this wild card scheme is ridiculous as they will continue with public voting. Then what is the point in bringing guys like Toshi and Abhas back, only to see them eliminated in 1 or 2 weeks.
By kirti on Sep 26, 2007 | Reply
its all about money..
Gajendra Singh played another trick to get more money by bringing in this ‘wild card’ entry trick.
As far as comments of all the participants are concerned… Everyone wants to face lesser competition , although, their comments are polished according to their age/experience. Infact I would say that if someone is a real hypocrite… he/she wont go in public saying ‘wild card’ entries are not done… it just tells that they are not prepared to handle the situations in the so-called ‘politically correct’ way….
In the whole process… what we are forgetting is who brings in “soul of music” and whose voice makes us forget all these negative ideas we are sharing out here…
Talk with your own hearts and you have the right to have your own favorite .. but not at the cost of criticizing others…
Its about something as pure as Music… lets keep it simple and pious….
Chak de India!

I guess at least now Gajendra Singh and all of us learned a lesson from this. The judges chosen for the wild card should have been the main leading judges of the show, who would look for pure singing talent and nothing else. No drama, no show sha, and more so having Ravindra Jainji in the panel.
But anyway, better late than never.
By Ashwini on Sep 27, 2007 | Reply
But honestly, the Wild Card entry is not fair. Even though this is a talent hunt, the voting system makes it a game show. And in a game, you stick to the rules, you don’t back out on them. Either they should have had better judges, and no gharana bias (Agni-Prithvi crap) between judges, just pure old tradition saregama that we used to have during Sonu Nigam’s time, with no public voting whatsoever, OR just continue doing what you are doing with no Wild Card entry and no deviation from the rules. They cannot do both, this is ridiculous.
And again the Wild Card entry is going to be decided my public voting, hahaha, I can’t believe this.
Whoever wins this title is not going to get as much respect, coz half the population is going to think it was unfair.

In my opinion Priyani and Toshi are the strongest contendars for this matter.

I have noted various derogatory remarks made by various disgruntled fans about Abhilasha. These comments are made by disgruntled frustrated fans maybe because their favourite participants are already eliminated and they do not want to see Abhilasha making steady inroads towards the Manzil (goal) of becoming Star Voice of India.
Abhilasha is a superb & talented singer. What’s more if she can sing like this at age 17 then just imagine how good she’ll be in a year or two. Her voice is breathtaking. It is because of those qualities that she is maintaining her position. It is because of these qualities fans of other singers are jealous and in writing in a dirty filthy way they are showing their true colours.
So I urge fair minded music fans to please refrain from saying dirty and filthy comments about any particular singer. Just imagine if the contestants are reading these comments how hurt they’ll be reading bad comments about them.
Finally Abhilasha you are our DARING OF VOI. Whether you win or lose you will always remain a WINNER in our hearts. You will go very very far in the music industry …. all the best wishes – lovely girl, no dramas – she is just amazing. Her voice is unique and so soothing, she mesmerizes the audience with her performances. Your true fans are always with you. We are so proud that you have reached the top 4 and still going on. You will one day be the true unique voice of India. Chak De Phatte Abhilasha !!
Please ignore what other people say about you. You concentrate and focus only on your singing. Our prayers are with you.
EAST OR WEST YOU ARE THE BEST !!

To me, Abhas, Abhilasha are the best of the lot. Most melodious, soulful, flawless, effortles singing, trained voices.. and I would really want them to remain till the end.. Arshpreet happens to be another favorite for her very different silken voice and again, very soulful singing..
About the comments of the remaining 5, I think deep down inside, all of them feel the same what Abhilasha voiced (though it could have been part of the script and she was chosen to be the ‘bali ka bakra’ to say it on camera). Even if others like Sumitra and Ishmeet, truly felt what they said that the judges know best and wild card round is justified, somewhere their conscience must have pricked them when they realised that they are still in while some more deserving singers are out!!

For those who think Toshi can sing only on type of songs.
Toshi has sung all kind of songs right from Piya re (Lets say a Qawali) to Sili Sili Hawa (say a folk) to Saqi (An Item Song) to Yaar ko Maine Mujhe yaar ne sone na diya (A Film Song)to Lagan Lagi (A Gazal) and all to the perfection and if I include “Teri Diwani” (A Classical – he sang it better than original as mentioned by none other than Jagjit Singh). He is definitely a fantastic singer.
He deserves to be the VOICE OF INDIA.
Come on Guys Vote for him.

Toshi and Priyani would be my favourites for the Wild Card Entry. Pity Abhas cannot be brought back as well because I would place him over Priyani in terms of singing. Toshi’s voice has a unique charm which places him over Abhas in my opinion.
Abhilasha was a good singer initially but she has exploited her age and (wierd) influence over Alka Yagnik. She doesn’t deserve to stay any longer.
Ishmeet is cute but I honestly don’t think that he sings well enough to remain.
My best wishes go with Toshi, Priyani, Sumitra and Abhas. I hope they succeed irrespective of Voice of India.

I really appreciate Gajji decision to have wild card enties in VOI. Only this way he can do justice to the sheer talent of participant.
This votingpublic system is disgusting, most of the people vote on the basis of region, caste,. Thus rejecting the real purpose of VOI.
In my view Toshi, Abhaas should be back and the Finale should be between Toshi, Abhaas & Harshit as these three are excellent singers.
all remaining (read Abhilasha & Ishmeet) SingersContestants are through to this round only by public votingregiong, they don’t deserve this position.

Hello friends, Don’t you all think the whole voting system is rigged?
Just to get a candidate winning from a particular region of India.. So that people watch from that region and then the program’s TRPs soar sky high. Show Directors get a life….man…how long can you think you guys will fool around..This ain’t America…People are smart here…. I will like to add one final comment Sunidhi Chauhan(who won from Meri Awaaz Suno, which was telecasted on Doordarshan in mid-ninties, host was Annu Kapoor) and Shreya Ghoshal(who won from TVS Sa Re Ga Ma, host was Sonu Nigam), are the only two genuine singers who have emerged out of the talent shows in India. See what these two girls have done to Alka Yagnik, she hardly sings any songs these days apart from judging these lousy talent hosts on weekend TV. Shreya and Sunidhi were selected by the most eminent musicians and judges… and those shows had lasted for one complete year.
By Chocoholic on Sep 29, 2007 | Reply
Absolutely! I agree with Ashwin completely. When talent shows were judged by people who actually understand and respect music, and neither us ignorant people nor incompetent fools (read judges like Pandit bros and Aadesh), real talent was chosen. Apart from Shreya and Sunidhi, Kunal Ganjawala is another example. Look at Indian Idol – I mean, Amit Paul was far far better, and anyone could see that.
These shows are a sham – I doubt if the public vote actually does count. Because as far as I understand, no one has ever wanted Toshi/ Abhaas/ Arshpreet/ Priyani to go, yet they were chucked out.
By Chocoholic on Sep 29, 2007 | Reply
By the way, I am appalled at the show’s decision to seek public votes for the wild card entry contestants. The decision for them to continue has been taken by revered legends of Indian music – Khayyam ji, Parveen Sultana ji, Ravindra Jain ji, Anand ji. These are THE people who understand music like no one else does. To superimpose their judgment by that of the common man is a gross disrespect to these legends. In my opinion, it is criminal.

I firmly believe that these kind of People-vote and I-win shows are no good. I no wonder like watching these for the sake of music. But when it comes to voting and elimination, I just take it as a formality.
Toshi and Abhaas are very good singers. They will get their chance some day. Whole nation has heard them. But getting them in the show again is just making them more lucky. And a true artiste shoul always ride on his takent not on luck.
Some people are talking about Abhilasha. I agree with them. I have heard Jatin Lalit praising her little too much. Abhijeet and Alka Yagnik are her mentors so obviously they sweetmouth her. But take it from me, she just knows a bit of music. She is not a good singer at all. She is just another singer. And of course she has got a lot of chances and she should have been back at her home studying for her semester exams.
People need to be a bit sensible with voting here. Firstly, common people with no knowledge of music and some money to spend on SMS and phone calls to vote simply mess these shows. I am from Pune myself, but have never voted for Abhilasha. Why should I? We are supposed to vote for a good singer. But talking here won’t make a difference. People blogging here are sensible and know this as a fact. And I cannot just go everywhere and tell people to vote right.
I will finally end this long blog of mine by quoting Lata ji on her 78th birthday. “Why do the judges sit on thse kind of shows when they are not judging?”
Thank you.

Gajender Singh has made an absolute fool of himself. He tried acting smart by quitting Zee’s sa re ga ma. Unfortunately for Gaj, Zee’s sa re has won over VOI and it is a much better programme, has hard working, extremely focussed good quality singers, good judges and has a fairer outcome. Hats off to Zee!!! They have not lost anything by Gaj ditching them.
VOI is pathetic. The judges are terrible. That Abhijeet need to be thrown out of the show. He has no business insulting anyone. Ishmeet may not be the best singer but does not need to insulted by that Abhijeet.AAdesh and that lalit are never tired glorifying Harshit who is so monotonous. Abhilasha is a perfect drama queen. I think Priyani & Toshi should come back as they are consistent. Prantik, has never been watched of much.I feel Toshi & Priyani stand an extremely strong chance because of their voices and popularity,For those who were sleeping thru the episodes,Toshi & Priyani were the only contestants for whose elemination had brought up a protest.

Please judges use common sense. you say everyone best . you dont want anyone to be eliminated. please leave the show. be honest. If everyone is same in your eye let public chose. once 4 has reach so far. you brought other with so much sympathy. that now they will get more votes. Is it a fair play. Respect the word ‘judge’ or say we want all of them to be winner. You always give same number to all. how can you make winner.
So unfair with THE TOP 4. Although I also liked Toshi and Abhaas but game is game, let the one getting highest vote win. Now this Entry has created confusion and sympathy and none of the top 4 will win.
SO UNJUDGEMENTAL JUDGES. HARM has been done to the 4. if any of your wild card will get out you all will bring him/her again. Finish the GAME if you dont have courage to play. Please any of you JUDGES answer me.

Hi guys, I think it is in bad taste to be abusive whether it is about Abhilasha or Harshit. You are free to voice ur opinion and that is it. Personally, I feel that Irfan and Priyani are the real contenders, since if u take the show right fom the beginning u will see that it is these two who have always attempted the most difficult songs, they have never tried to select easy songs to push themselves forward in the show but have always accepted the challenge of the more difficult songs, and I really do appreciate these kids for that. Kudos to Irfan and Priyani! Toshi too remains a contender as far as I am concerned. He has always been my favourite.

hello guys
i hv just came to know that Sumitra performance was recorded a day after the other five wild card contestants performances. Also Sumitra is not provided with orchestra nor with the required time to preparation for the song. It is ridiculous to find out that a good singer like Sumitra is being humilated like this. Gajendra Singh lost his respect this time by making such a blunder show.
In SaReGaMaPa 07 they save the good singers to the end whereas in VOI they show extreme honesty by evicting singers like Abhaas, Toshi & Priyani. I think the weightage given to Judges points are very less in VOI. In my view the weightage given to Voting & Judges Points should be 40:60. Also for the first time in any of Gajendra singh’s talent hunt show, the judges are seem to be partial to certain contestants. Which is very bad for the show.
Before selecting the “Bemisaal Barah” their was a singer(i can’t recall his name) who was eliminated and Abhijeet said that he will nurture his talent and sometimes he will performs in the show too. what happen to him, is he still with Abhijeet or he was dumped.
Lets the Music Wins.

I personally feel that the system of public voting by itself is a flaw in the show!!! Through public voting, obviously there would be good and bad singers at the top as not all voters have a good knowledge of music and the capacity to choose the best!! And the people who are in top 4 are both lucky and not bad, if not good! Again getting wildcard entries and again continuing with public voting, makes very little sense. If wild card entry is given at this stage, public voting should be removed and the judges should be choosing the voice of india from now on.
