I think you are right but believe me Harshit did so many mistakes when he sang “Loveria”. But the other things that you mentioned are 100% correct.

From now “Oxford Dictionary”, “Chambers Dictionary” are totally history as a new dictionary revealed/published/invented by Abhijeet, “The Abhi Jeet Dictionary”. I can challenge at this dictionary you will find new new words which are not at “Oxford Dictionary”, “Chambers Dictionary” etc. For example: Bestest.

this is the worst reality show of this season, even worse than indian idol, some idiots compare this low profile show with saregamapa, SAREGAMAPA rockzzzzzzzzz.
i can’t beleive that third class singers like ishmeet n harshit r in the finale, infact they don’t deserve to be called singers. they belong to the category of singers who used to sing at the bus stops n railway stations. just tell me honesty the viewrs of voi that is there any singer in voi who can even compete junaid harpreet raja sumedha. forget about amanat aneek mussarat. without any hesitation i must say these three r even btr than the judges of this show.

I can understand the reason of your outburst coz toshi, irfan not being there. But that’s the way it is and you need to respect what people like rather than cribbing for your fav singer who lost. I would say get real now. Forget the past.

Oh my God Ishmeet and Harshit? Harshit sounds like a paanwala and Ishmeet all childish,, no depth in his voice, just plain and simple. Toshi is my VOI. They should bring all the contestants on the last episode and have a last contest to see who wins. This is ridiculous.

Well said but that applies if the commn Indians were choosing the winners. Its a well known fact these days that votes are manipulated and they decide the winners on their wish. So I think Asif’s anger is not totally wrong. But then, I think Asif, VOI had equally talented singers like SRGMP. The only difference is that they were not groomed properly by their mentors. The organizers took too much interest in TRP’s forgetting totally about the music quality. I have seen Raja sing same songs done by Toshi… no comparisons. Toshi was far far ahead. But thats one’s personal choice to like a particular singer.

The majority does not think like you. Remember Harshit and Ishmeet got the highest (top two) votes from Neutral zone (excluding their states UP and Panjab) in the last week’s episode when Toshi was still in the competition. You can have different views but its not fair to abuse these two by calling names; after all they are majority’s choices. When so many people are voting for these guys and special judges have never found fault in them, they must be good. I am not a music expert but my plain ears find both Harshit and Ishmeet’s voices soothing. I am sure many voters are musically untrained like me.

ok.saw todays episode of svoi…it was dull inspite being diwali…i think they shd have called all the 12 participants…that would ahve been fun and a memorable evening[oops, i shd have told gajendra singh b4...he needs brilliant ideas...jaded after 14 yrs..of the same type of prog]
harshit sang loveria…i actually liked him singing today…it was just good…inexplicable…
the medly of amar akbar antony…i felt only abhaas was good in that…he stood apart, and with the three of them together…u cud c the difference…in the singing.
ishmeet, sorry u shd not ahve picked up ole ole..u were quite out of tune in lots of places.and its just not done singing with music sheets in front of u…come on yaar, its a competion, and the penultimate to the finals…it sucked,the whole scene.at least he shd have sung better to compensate…but na..
abhijeet..bestest??come on…i hope u r not teaching u r kids english grammar.
the dus bahaane medley was cute…and abhaas rocked.
chali chali by abhaas was good…. i like that kids enthusiasm..and he thoroughly enjoys singing..its obvious….
i am now convinced that their costume designer really committed suicide..wow..the clothes were actually bearable for the first time in the show…good going..u still ahve a couple of episodes to prove u r worth..
i wish they hadnt showed clippings of hema malini warbling[??]..either its gonna b insomnia or nightmares.
all in all a pathetic show…average singing… nothing exciting.. the news paper was definitely worth a read.

i dont know what the stretergy had adopted gajender singh. Diwali gifts were amazing they had givin cars all the three contestant I really quite amuse to see that they got cars before the final and now the final is just for the sake of music contract with Big Music.
Nobody sang well now they are just pushing up the show bcoz they know that ppl have no more interest in this stupid voices of indian (SVOI)show.
what would do Lata Mangeshkar in final.
Abbhas is out and ismeet community does not let him go. Now harshit’s mom come to the camera. where was she when he brought his blind Dadi to get symphathy Votes and now where the Dadi is.
i dont know to whom they are showing the show I think all the ppl fed up. and now they have no more interest in the show.
Bcoz real and amazing origional voices are already eliminated as for as i am concern I call them a big bastards espacially Judegs and producer of the show.the show is not going on Merit it’s just on bogas voting system.
In the finals
Ishmeet would win as his community is supporting him.

Happy Diwali to all
Well in VOI Diwali was good for the remaining 3 singers that they all got cars, it has become like laughter challenge, that’s why they started with Raju Srivatsav, now VOI is trying to fool the audience/Viewers by making them laugh and forget about who is good and bad singer.
Yesterday’s show was very boring, the songs they selected are not good, I mean when they r reaching finals the contestants should be asked to sing different types of songs to see who fits better for VOI crown, but now no one of the remaining singeres are good so they cannot think of asking them to sing different type of songs.
Ishmeet spoiled the song when he sung Ole Ole and we can read on Abhijeet reaction on his face when Ishmeet was singing this song.

Seriously … I couldn’t watch the episode … it was so uninteresting .. every moment i felt something is missing ….. i started the watch .. but after harshit’d loveria .. it was unbearable .. just want these program to be over any how .. it only haunts the memory of good singers like irfan thosi aspreet priyani etc …. cant believe the level of singing quality that was there in the beginning of the show has fallen so drastically … am not going to watch any more episode …

Watched today’s show, Ishmeet is a nice human being, but comeon has ole ole was asked once more, hello . Good that Abhijeet sang it second time, the bestest thing he did by not making Ishmeet sing ole ole again.
On other note Harshits mom does have a nice voice.
They had Astrologers on the show, WOW.
Also a note to Singinging reality shows.
1) Stop showing pandits, mullahs, priests praying for their fav candidate. They being so close to GOD , cannot Judge who has the best voice, that they have to support their regional candidate.
2) All Female celebrity guest, shoud be made to sit on the stage itself, so the guys don’t have to walk to them and bring them on stage to dance. She can just get up and start dancing
3) Dia Mirza should be made to stand with contestants and should appear atleast 3 times on the show.
and finally
If a contestant is short he should not be made to jump to reach for the car keys, like Abhaas was jumping today. Instead the person handing the key should sit down and hand it over.

I hope you guys had a great time on Diwali day.
But on VOI insults to innocent Ishmeet continued unabated even on Diwali day. First a good for nothing astrologer Gupta (Tutored by Lalit & Aadesh Shrivastava) predicted for Ishmeet that he will make only short-term gains in life. This prediction clearly done to demoralize him.
Further lalit continued his racist outbursts by saying Punjabis r everywhere in world, so even in neutral zone ishmeet will win only because of Punjabi votes. Now how racist can this lalit get, given the fact he himself is a punjabi, though he might not consider himself to be one now. Yesterday’s comment was meant to insult the entire sikh/punjabi community.
Then to end the matters, when all the 3 singers got Spark cars, they showed abhas and harshit getting the keys from judges, but the cameraman conveniently skipped Ishmeet getting the keys.
Now what a shameful attitude towards Ishmeet this is of the whole VOI team just because he belongs to a particular community.
This is purely religous apartheid.
To demoralise Ishmeet further they showed that in the neutral zone, Ishmeet stands 3rd. Now what is the need to show all this neutral zone non-sense. This means that VOI team does not consider Punjab as part of India. Punjab has no right to vote. Why is Gajendra Singh playing such a dirty game.
Even politicians dont indulge in such divisive politics. Gajendra Singh wants Punjab to be seperated from Rest of India. If this is the real objective of Gajendra Singh then the issue is very serious and becomes a National Security question. The programme which insults a particular region & religion so much deserves to come under I&B monistry scanner and corrective measures must be taken to put an end to racist talk on this show.
The only silver lining for Ishmeet in yesterday’s programme was predictions of Teen Deviyan. They predicted him as the winner. Though I dont hv much faith tarrot cards and astrology, I wish to agree with the three ladies this time.
The other good thing for Ishmeet was ofcourse the car he got alongwith Abhas & Harshit.
Abhas really danced well on Ishmeet’s song, he looked so cute yesterday.
Chottu we will miss you.

Asif, I think ur right, it is all preplanned and they were just waiting for elimination of Toshi and others to give their dear favorites cars i.e. Ishmeet(Gajj),Abhas(Jatin) and Harshit(Agni Judges). VOI sucks and now I think in final they will take Lataji’s points and mix the manipulated votes and declare Harshit VOI. Maybe his Album with BigMusic will be like “Hamri Dadiwa rocks” bihari songs Album.

I have a gut feeling that it will be ishmeet, coz reality shows thrive on the unexpected. everbody will be oing gaga over “HAR SHIT” but there could well be an anticlimax. My favourite contestant though was abhaas whos will be gone today. but u r right abt one thing, ishmeet is being given an unfair treatment. i started following this blog after his infamous encounter with abhijeet for the 1st time.

I too started to write in this blog after the Abhijeet episode happened on 28th September. I wanted to protest somewhere, and I thought this was the best place to do so.

whether it is scripted or wahetver, every episode ishmeet is a target..now this time, punjabis are all over world, thats why he is winning..that person lalit by the look of his face, he is a jerk..

Kalyani, He made a sarcastic remark..whether it was scripted or naturally..I dont think ishmeet is winning just because of punjabis all over world..this show is not so popular that punjabis all over world will vote for ishmeet..ppl in punjab defnitely are promoting and supporting him..but if ppl like u also support him, then he will win eventually..it will be a indian idol repeat
..and thats what we want..ishmeet is not a great singer, he is good enuff a singer..at least he is better than those who are mimicry artists,whatever depth they have in their voices..mimicry artist is a mimicry artist..

YOu always blame abhijeet but you should understand the psychology of Indian people. Abhijeet’s comments making Ishmeet win. JItana jyada juges insult karenge utane jyada vote milenge.You should be thankful to the judges. Nahi to you also know deep within your heart that Ishmeet is sweet but not a singer material. No sur no tal.

just now i finished watching svoi and as there is no much choice left,i feel ishmit sag with in his limits and better than harSHIT.harSHIT was so bad no comparison to aabhas .he was asking for oxygen in the ICU.he shat all over the place ,it was bullshit rather than harShit!!!!!!!guys,nothing more is left ,whether it is lathaji or any one the voters will go in for ishmeeth and harshit will be back with his dadima!!!!!!!!!!!!enjoy

i thought i shd pen my thoughts after todays episode.
the medley, by abhaas,ishmeet and harshit was very good…abhaas, u proved u r self…..and better playback material than ishmeet and harshit.yaadein was beautiful.
i dunno what was the song that abhaas sang, it was a punjabi song, never heard it b4, but he sang so beautifully, it brought tear
s to my eyes…abhaas…guy, u rocked..and dont deserve to b in the final…voi sucks..its best all the talented ppl are eliminated.
arre, they could ahve made hema malini sing a couple of lines na, kaunsa poora gaana gavake hamari jaan nikal di…baby, u look good..[even at this age..thanks to botox..dont they use botox in the neck???], just do us a favour, stick to dancing..dont sing or talk.
abeeda parveen rocked….poor hridaynath mangeshkar and abeeda parveen were forced to b polite…it was so obvious….
gajendra singh..u r show sucks even if u bring eminent ppl at the end of the show…..u shd have brought them in right from the beginnning , not towards the end..u cannot bring eminent ppl at the end and keep two pathetic singers at the end…
voi sucks sucks sucks…
ishmeet..u r main hoon na…the less said the better…absolutely pedestrian…
and u r kaho na…i dont want to say anything…tho i think abeeda parveen said a few positive things.

I feel sorry for Lata ji for having to judge in the final!Ishmit is less than mediocre and Harshit is mediocre.Abhas was best of the 3..His classical knowledge is seen..he sang mitwa the best….harshit made a lot of msitakes

It would be good if you put 100 votes urself for ishmeet..that wud be ur victory..now there cannot be better judge than abida parveen sahiba….with those compliments today, ishmeet is already voice of entire indian sub continent..doent matter that he is not trained in classical music..but he has best and natural voice which is unparallel..there is enuff time for him to learn classical also..but just look at voice quality, its all natural…

When Ishmeet made it to the top 12, I was quite surprised that how a Sikh has managed to reach so far. I had great respect for the judges that they r secular and neutral people. My cousin also said on 21st September that though Ishmeet is a Sikh he has been treated quite fairly in VOI.
But all our illusions vanished on 28th September, when Abhijeet Da launched the first racist attack on Ishmeet “Kaho apne bhaiyon se”.
Ishmeet was left in tears so was the entire sikh community.
I remember I could not sleep that night, I felt as if I hv been insulted. Such was the impact.
That episode also marked my entry into this blog, before that I never knew any such blog existed. I wanted to protest this behaviour of Abhijeet somewhere and this blog proved a perfect platform.
But after that the series of insults have continued against Ishmeet.
Abhijeet cooled down, then Lalit took his place and launched a tirade against the whole Punjabi community by calling their votes as Anap-Shanap votes.
Lalit & Aadesh show no shame in displaying their hatred for the Punjabi/Sikh community. This is really amazing. I have never seen such open display of communalism in any reality show.
VOI marks the beginning of open communal display on Television.
Today Ishmeet’s community is bearing the brunt, Tomorrow some other community boy or girl might be insulted like this.
All the people irrespective of their religion must come together to protest against such open communal behaviour by the judges of VOI.
I know many ppl will get bored reading my message, but these are my honest views, which I thought I must share with the bloggers here.
