I had a close watch on this blog for last 3 days.though, I write miserably as & when any injustice by bloggers come to my notice.
I am glad that Jatin had offered friendship to kristo n Rishi & I am happy that the things are sorted out in a very cordial manner.
I am as not good as Rishi in nature becoz any vulgar language, caste, community, religion issues as well as abusive language against any blogger specially against ladies provoks me & I reciprocate in same fashion. as a true Indian, I do not dare to apologise when I find any fault of mine & If anything wrong found.. Ireply as ” IINT KA JAWAB PATTHAR SE”.
Jatin, let me remind you that Sikhs are an integral part of this country & we love them becoz sikh comunity born from Hindus, but I think it is irrelevant to talk abt this issue. Let’s talk another issue.
Jatin, Our PM is a sikh & everybody knows how humble & genius leader he is. Nevertheless, we had Giani Jail Singh as our president also. Sikhs had occupied most of the important posts n portfolios in Indian Government including the defense without any biases. So, it is my request that pl do not bring caste n communities issue in this blog again. it irritates me. You had used words loke Injustice to a sikh guy, Communal Kayathas, NEO NAZI”. A cool headed man like me can tolerate these nasty words upto some extent only. Continuous enchanting n praising Ishmeet in each & every post, we had become used to. I was ur frnd n still I am. For your or Jatin( Shadow), I had to apologise to ANTAR for those anti Bangladeshi remarks those were targeted to that decent blogger. Remember, I had criticised those fellows who used abusive language to NZ gal n Kalyani.
Friend, I am a great supporter of Ishmeet and not for u, but due to his soft,posied,melodious voice which touches my soul & his innocent & humble smile. I am his fan since the audition round. So pl don’t tell me that u r his biggest fan. I am his biggest fan,dude.

After watching tonight’s episode which was recorded at Ludhiana, I wonder n a little bit anxious abt the final result. Harshit who belongs to my city, Lucknow, got tremendous response by Punjabi people of Ludhiana. Even I noticed that Harshit was appreciated more than Ishmeet in Ishmeet’s homecity.
This situation is terrific & I am afraid that Harsit may steal votes oF ishmeet from his homeground Punjab. Even, he was requested to sing again when he sang ‘ Bhoolbhulaiya song’. Guys, I think you all watched the show n pl inform me if I am wrong. I hope that it may not occur in Harshit’s favour. I am not criticizing harshit but I prefer Ishmeet over Harshit, I am not quite sure whether the final outcome will be by public votes or lataji’s verdict will matter but if votes are counted then its a “khatare ki ghanti” for me n Ishmeet.
Guys, I again request you all that pl inform me whether I am right or wrong. I will be happy if my observation is wrong.
Now, let’s see what treatment Ishmeet receives when he performs at Varanasi. I am curious to know how UP public treats Harshit & Ishmeet. I am a little bit surprised why the second show was scheduled at Varanasi. Instead it was to be arranged in Lucknow, the hometown of Harshit so that actual comparison can be done.but Gajji knows better.

unfortunately for all ishmeets followers…if u genuinely believe in voice, talent music..etc… and u r true to u r self, u will
accept that harshit has an excellent voice, good throw, better range..minus the lisp he would b a winner..with training thrown in.tho the better singers were eliminated…

though, since the very beginning, I liked sumitra n priyani. Both were eliminated unfortunately. Afterthen, Ishmeet was the only voice lift to whom I supported by heart.

I didnt start all this. It was there foolish jokes that made me angry.People are free to have there opinion here and nobody is supposed to make fun of them.I wont be using any abusive language for anybody but that doesnt stop me from using the same if somebody tries to act smart by cracking silly jokes on not only you but anybody on this blog.
and yes i agree with you jatin.if these two guys lalit-adesh are publicly honoured than i must say that the people of UP have decided to choose VOUP not VOI.they know how hard these two pricks have been trying to get him win this title.
this clearly differentiates them from Punjab where Harshit got most of the applause. This means they just vote for what they like and not for there religion or local hero.

then one more thing.yes i agree with ur comments.now that if i write abt either,some body should not get offended.harshit sang the same song.they r seriously preparing for lathaji.so,nothing is ready for them at varanaasi also.they just want to impress the crowd.i hope they will bring the female singers for today.i miss priyani,ashpreeth and sumithra for their different style and voice modulations.i feel very sorry for female singers out of which at least one deserved to be in final compared to the present.
ah !one more thing,there is one chotu sardar in L’L champs. he can outbeat the existing svoi guys on any given day.sonu and suresh were seeing a fantastic future in one or two of them.

Harshit sang ” jiny mera Dil lutya” very well i like it. and Ishmeet Muaja he Muaja” Beautifully.
I like the way as Alka Said both are her sons and a mother doesn’t love more one of them.

sad…most ppl start their singing career imitating some one or the other to some extent.. for eg.lataji started with the heavy influence of noorjehan.theres nothing wrong.in the end ..a voice with a good range and a base of classical training survives far longer.
anyways, since lot of ppl have said its a reality show and not a talent show…anything goes…all a money making exercise.anyway..

Yesterday’s episode in Ludhiana was the best episode of VOI till date. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
Ishmeet was mind-blowing and the support for him in Punjab is also mind-blowing. He must hv given political leaders and filmstars a complex with the kind of fan-following he has. Even 5 yr old kids r crazy about him. This is something phenomenal.
I must say Harshit was also outstanding yesterday. The people of Punjab gave harshit a warm welcome and dint let him feel out of place.
After watching yesterday’s episode, I can say that the best 2 have made it to the top.
But i fear what kind of response will Ishmeet get in Varanasi. I hope people there will be as courteous to Ishmeet as Ludhiana crowd was courteous to Harshit.

But today in Varanasi those two devils Lalit & aadesh would be present. Jatin & Alkaji conducted themselves quite well and in a neutral way in Ludhiana. But i dont expect lalit & aadesh to be neutral.These 2 evil spirits will make innocent Ishmeet’s life hell in Varanasi. To be insulted inside studio is one thing, but to be abused in front of a live audience is quite humiliating.
I just hope Ishmeet is not insulted by these 2 evil guys in Varanasi today.

yes. the ppl of punjab proved that they r large hearted[its in their nature..] and the support was extensive for both[unless the editing was good and it was just a show...sorry....cant help being cynical].
if u look carefully.the judges looked as if they were forced to say good to both the contestants..sorry to disappoint u…….it was a very very contrived show.if u look at it objectively..i didnt want to comment abt it yest…but..

yes.i was also looking for enjoyment.it was just ok.i was very glad that ishmit was enjoying himself.u know inside the studio,the 5 judges gave him difficult times.these r the only good singers available for the finals.this does not mean they r the best of the 12.pl take it in good sprits and good luck to ishmit.already the best hve been cremated.but i like ishmit as he is a good boy humiliated by some judges.did u go thru the interview?

Gajendra Singh is known for giving surprises. You never know at the last moment he might just crown Ishmeet as VOI. The surprise element is the key to Gajendra shows.
In Saregama every body was saying Raja hassan will win, but at the last moment Aneek won.

How stupid can one be and if it fits ” pea brain ” Sikhs were never born from hindus, where did you get this info..
A child is born as a human being and his/her parents inculcate good values like religion,education and manners and the child grows from there… not the stupid notion of yours..

Remember in the Ardaas, the Sikhs will pray for all ” Nanank Naam Chardikla, tere bhaneh Sarbat da Bhalla ” ..

The energy that was generated by the people of Ludhiana, Sikhs,Hindus,Muslims and others, is beyond imagination and we will see what happens in Varnasi..

yaar toshi ne jab hans raj hans ka gaana gaaya, vo jo sille sille aunde hai hawa, maja aa gaya..aisa gaana koi punjabi hi ga sakta hai..and toshi is not punjabi..bande mein dam hai..i liked toshi’s voice..i used to watch voi only because of ishmeet and toshi..now since toshi is out so ishmeet shud be crowned voi and not any copycat..

The whole Punjab stands like a rock behind Ishmeet.
People like you and me are supporting ishmeet because of his sweet voice and good nature, but in Punjab it has become an emotional issue especially after the insults & humiliation ishmeet had to go through.

All along I was just reading the comments on this blog.most of bloggers correctly said that now there is nothing left in this show rather supporting to those diehard bloggers who still thinking that oneday they can catch a moon shown by the ‘Gajji’. It took some time for me to come out of this VOI shadow after all very good singers left the show.My advice for the diehard fan is be prepared to expect the worst.

Yes its harshit’s natural style to immitate others. But on the whole I think Harshit sang quite well yesterday. He impressed me for the first time yesterday. He sang the ‘Hare Ram’ song quite well.

yeah.to b very honest, i watched only the finals of sa re ga ma.. raja hasan had a very powerful voice.
amanat ali was a better singer..but somehow his renditions didnt touch my soul.
ishmeet…i dunno.i may b wrong…i feel hes a very average singer, i am sure quite a few ppl on this blog can sing better than him
toshi..i have shed more tears to his renditions than anyone elses.his singing touches u r soul..only ashpreet and abhaas for a couple of songs could bring tears..
but i still feel abhaas is an overall singer for play abck singing..i guess if thats what this shows looking for.and i graded the singers based on that.

Ppl will accuse me of being repititive, but lalit and aadesh’s racist comments against ishmeet r not scripted, its pute communal hatred, nothing else.
Other things might be scripted, but racial attacks on Ishmeet happen at the spur of the moment as both these guys fail to keep the communal venom inside them.
Its another matter that Gajji dosent edit them and shows them to audience to boost his TRP.

He need not be a muslim to sing songs better.It depends how well a person understands the music and how well he is presenting it.This is what that some of the judges says that if a singer sings a songs it should touch the soul of the listener.For some people it is a god gift and for some people it is achieved from hardwork like Kishore kumar.Every singer (old) has specialisation in their own league and u can’t judge them or compare them with the limited music knowledge what do we possess,this is regarding the our old singers.Do u find any difficulty in comparing some of the singers in the VOI, because of their limited knowledge in the basics of music? No.

I am sure the PR people of VOI are reading these blogs to monitor public reactions.
I was the first blogger on this site who posted VOI.. Voice of Ishmeet and when Shaan mentioned it in Ludhiana, I knew he must have read my posting.
I will not say anything about the judges as I dont have any comments for them as they are maketh of their own destiny..
Regarding Gajinder Singh, who has been advised by his swami ji to add jj and ii to his name for astrological balance or simply put… good feng shui… I reckon Gajj has given another platform to SRGMP and hope he will have a male and female winner in next VOI..
Gajj, I suggest there should be a parallel competition among the boys and girls as you cannot compare an apple with an orange , both have different taste , yet they have their own nutritional values…
No point in competing with current formats of SRGMP and Indian Idol, after all you created SRGMP.
You will be the first to do this and in the finals we should have 2 girls and 2 boys and ultimately 1 male and 1 female winner of VOI..
Lets learn from this episode and I can guarantee you that your trp will be booming next year..
Shaan , you did an excellent job in Ludhiana..well done and keep it up.

Music has nothing to do with religion. We dance and shake to any song which we like, we dont see the caste and religion of the person singing the song.
Singing and composing music is a gift of god which everybody can’t do. God does not differentiate between ppl on basis of their religion before bestowing them with these qualities.
Similarly God gave Ishmeet a sweet voice to sing beautiful songs.
But unfortunately Ishmeet has come into contact with people who hate his community and dont want him to excel.These judges dont judge ppl by their talent, but by their caste/community.
But as the saying goes “when the going gets tough, the tough get going”. Ishmeet is a tough guy to hv survived all this onslaught.
I think God is just preparing him to fight bigger battles of life in future.

If you carefully notice- I never posted any comment (on music) the moment I realised that for Gajendra Singh atleast this is a money making venture. Just think what is the reason behind this treatment towards ishmeet(Thande dimag se soccho), then u will understand why i hv been writing so much regarding ishmeet’s ill-treatment in the show.

Yes he was insulted- I had said on that day itself- Tab se baat samajh me aayi hui hai bhai. See my post of that day. But I also said – that Abhijeet passed a racist remark, true!!- But, Gajendra ji or Star Plus had all the time to edit or block these remarks. They had full three days. Shooting held on monday and episode was telecast on friday. If that remark is still there- it cannot be because of any other reason than the TRP.
This does not absolve Abhijeet of passing that racist remark.

Yesterday the ppl of UP conducted themselves very shamefully, they were not even half as courteous to Ishmeet as ppl of Punjab were courteous to Harshit.
That Bhojpuria pig Ravi Kishen barked too much. what right did he hv to comment on ishmeet’s song.
Ishmeet was again made to sing qawali which is hardly used in hindi movies now. This was done delibrately to embarass Ishmit.
And that pig aadesh shrivastav was shamelessly asking for votes for his kayastha brother harshit. What business does he hv to remain as judge.

Friends one more good news Madhuri Dixit is also coming to the Finals of VOI, now I want to watch the finals.
It will be very nice if Gajj calls all the remaining 10 eliminated singers to the final of VOI and all the viewers can see their favorite singers again.
As there is nothing like competition in VOI now, Gajj is inviting celebrities to the final of VOI maybe he will invite more actors/actress to the show just to attract viewers and increase TRPs.

I didn’t watch the 16th Nov. and 17th Nov. show, but I downloaded the 16th nov. show and watched but nothing was interesting with these two remaining singers. I was planning to watch the finals and see how these judges will react to the comments given by Lataji, and now Gajj is trying to make the finals more glamorous by inviting Madhuri and maybe more actors/actress.

By watching this programme two things r quite clear:-

Jatin, Agree to ur comment regarding Adesh, Judges or anyone in the show should not say any communal things, they should only concentrate on music. And everyone knows that VOI elimnated Toshi by doing votes manipulation. Jatin if I or anyone agree to u for voting Ishmeet, still it is not going to help Ishmeet because I think VOI and Agni judges have already decided to crown Harshit VOI.

abt the singing.. the songs selected were good…and i actually liked ishmeets singing last nite.harshit scores over ishmeet with his powerful voice.
the whole show was loud[there was some guy called ravi kishen who actually made a nuisance of himself with his remarks.
i dont ahve to comment abt aadesh and lalit...[read jatins posts].
i only hope all 12 singers sing on 23rd and 24th….so that we get compensated for we had to undergo for the past couple of weeks.

You are dead right. This just shows how uncivilised the ‘janta’ from UP is.
And that ‘Kans mama’ of Harshit. Imagine Harshit belongs to a family of such origin. Why did he not glorify the times when Harshit forgot his lines during the show… and the biased judges praised him. Harshit is here only because of he being the favourite of the judges. Remember when they were asked to sing extempore Harshit was so bad while Abhaas was good in that song. So it is only on rehearsed songs that Harshit is OK to listen to. And who an miss the lisp? It is so obvious when he makes a vote appeal.
I hope Ishmeet wins the VOI title and what a slap it will be on the judges’ face. I hope they declare the results correctly and in favour of Ishmeet, on Guru Nanak’s birthday. What a gift for Sikhs all over the world. So all the best guys.
