Shashi and team thanks for doing such a fabulous job of posting updates and this blog…it made Star VOI a more enjoyable experience!!

Also, thanks for letting us know the overall percentage, from today’s show it seemed like the voting was in Harshit’s favor…I am glad it is not and that Ishmeet is leading.

Between Ishmeet and Harshit, I think Ishmeet definitely deserves to win due to his voice quality, originality, dedication to learn classical music and modesty and is definitely not asking for votes for his blind dadi…

I am looking forward to see what Lata Mangeshkar will have to say about Abhaas and Irfan’s singing…

Atleast because the rest of the singers will also be singing at the final it will be nice to watch otherwise it would have been as pathetic as the last 3 final rounds…

I will celebrate when this show gets rid of Harshit and if he wins will stop watching the show…

Thanks for ur posts, I appreciate. I think Ishmit is growing in confidence day by day. He seemed having a clear edge over Harshit in todays performances.

As mentioned by some of the bloggers earlier (kalyani), the voting game seems fixed.
It was bizzare again by Gajji to promote regional bias by showing the %votes from different zones OR it was another effort to demorolise Ishmeet which in any way is shame and should be condemned. My point is that if u r promoting this show as voice of India (in competetion with SRGMP’s kind of global show) then what the hell u r doing in creating regional bias??? Gajji is not doing any favor to music and himself by creating all this drama just to earn more money thru sms game. I am not from India but a great admiror of Indo-pak music. Music is such an eternal force which closes the gaps and brings the people together without considering the boundaries. Its really frustrating to see the producers are trying to split the people just for the sake of making money, what a pity…
I wish Ishmeet wins not for the reason he is from North but he has the original and melodious voice which comes from heart and goes straight to heart as commented by Kunal in todays episode.

HARSHIT to be win if not that is now star voi that will be punjab voi so all the good listeners know that the sound quality of harshit much way better than ishmeet coz ishmeet sung a lazy songs only with low pitch nothing in that every one can sing like him in bathroom

If Ishmeet wins, the programme should be called Sardar Voice of India!!!
Its so blatant that the voting is based on regionalism and not talent (duh) as talented singers like Abhas, Toshi and Irfan were eliminated in favor of Turkeys like Ishmeet.
Also Harshit, inspite of being miles ahead in voting % in all the zones except North, was behind Ishmeet in the overall tally.

No doubt Ishmeet is a nice guy but the show is about the best singer and not ‘innocence’.

Now this will teach Star and Gajendra Singh a good lesson. i am really happy. if the best cannot win, the worst should. thanks to all the bloggers for voting for Ishmeet. it was a very difficult task, but lets celebrate the win of mediocrity. we gave logical conclusion to this absurd and rigged show – logical conclusion that if best cannot win, the worst should. Incompetant Ishmeet has been crowned Voice of India in this absurd competition. Now i hope Gajendra has learned a lesson and will stop public voting system.
