Chote Ustad Videos – 2nd February Episode
Today’s theme is Gazal songs but show starts with drama, the drama which was not necessary for this show. When will Gajendra Sing grow up? The script for this dram was not very bad! Actually I think the children are right in their point of view. They have reached here after going through very tough competition and now they are Top Five. If at this stage Gajendra Sing wants to bring another kid, that’s not fare. Anyway that’s the style (very bad style) of director Gajendra Sing. So you can expect any twist in Star Voice of India Chote Ustad. I can only suggest Gajendraji , please go and watch Saregamapa Little Champs and try to be in their league.
Overall the episode was good. All kids tried their best. So enjoy this episode and keep voting your favourite Chote Ustad.

Hi,
Thanks for posting the video. After watching today’s show it looks like top 3 will be all girls although Judges are trying hard to keep Vyom & giving him good comments.I thought judges ( Kunal & Shreya)were too rough on Parkriti
Giri today.They should not have used those harsh words to her. Same thing could have been said in different way.After all they are still kids .
My favorite Anwesha, Ashwariya & Sonia.All singers are talented & I like Parkriti , Vyom, Areeb & other singers too.
Public must do justice with their votes.

I have been waiting for 2nd february episode desperately at last i can say and come to conclusion that they trying to get rid of prakiti with their power of judging the judges have been told to find best three and then public to decide y? if the judges got power then y public it will be much better if SVOI pay for time and money people spending on votes cause if public is voting for someone their judging them on talent and inside heart for their dedication to music then that person is eliminated i guess SVOI should introduce the format of bottom 3 to be eliminated as per public votes
I am not indian pakistani or bangladeshi i am tanzanian i am proud of my country and i am proud of indian because of music
I am judging these kids by their voice quality and notations i understand hindi because of bollywood hindi movies
Today i cant comment on anvisha or aishwariya both deserve to be number 1 but to be second is not a lost for these two vyoom and sonia one of them will be 3rd both need to go and work out more but i would prefer sonia and the reality of this show is the girls are rulling and boys are behind
I hope people will agree with my decision the last part of song is not controversy is respect they showed both of them as top 2 are ready for their challanger do not compare individual perfomance of today.

Not all are participating in polls.People’s judgement is not at all coming right.Some are getting more votes even if they sing well or not.People should vote for talent but not as they like.I feel the judges are good enough to select the best and their’s decision is to be final.However they are children and i hope everyone enjoy the contest.

i agree with you anurag the judges have selected their finalist the challanger who ever it is will be eliminated if he/she doesnt sing well if they do then judges have to remember its live show the whole music industry will be watching ur judgement so far so good no complain on judgements
I am 100% sure that this kids in this show are well talented they will face any challange but i dont think public will accept this challanger cause they havent seen him never heard if they sing the best song the public will support the kids who are in this right now
Same thing happen to raja hassan because of aneek dhar if aneek was not there then raja is the winner and he has started his career and what happen to number one still doing stage shows even with highest votes because public voted because of states basis and because he is the winner of his state
so please vote for the best to all who are reading my comment forget about the challanger in life people take steps from scratch not like ready made food put in microwave and eat that is what commercial ads show everyone will agree it doesnt taste like cooked from scratch am i right

Before commenting you have do a re seach work and write here. You are not aware that Aneek has also got lot of opportunities from Bollywood, he is in world tour now becuase it was set prior, But he is 18 this year and Raja is 28 yrs so see the difference of age Raja has not time to wait so must have to start a career now but Aneek can wait he has to complete his studies and He was the best Raja Hassan has to work hard to reach to Aneek’s level. Aneek has said in an interview that for another 3-4 years he will concenrate in his studies because he comes from a family where higher education is must. You have to wait for sometime to see Aneek coming in a bigger way. People have got other priorities in life that you must understand.

amazing! stupendous! startling! bravo star plus gajendra singh and entire team of amul star voi. the mughal-e- azam qawaali sung by aishwarya(samshad begum part) and anvesha (lata mangeshkar part)was simply outstanding.it almost came very close to legendary composer naushad’s original piece in the musical extravaganza MUGHAL-E-AZAM.the 8-piece orchestra under modern technology sounded fantastic and lifted the song to very high standard.both aishwarya and anvesha sang with rare grace and aplomb though little less than 100% perfection. it was not an easy composition and alaaps and other notes were quite difficult to sing. prakriti and soniya who are backed by some viewers ,could not have done justice to this qawaali.the last concluding qawaali was the PIECE DE RESISTANCE of this very very enjoyable episode.
it is quite difficult to predict a better performer between aishwarya and anvesha. while aishwarya is effortless sweet and perfect anvesha’s murkiyaan touch your soul. anvesha was slighty better in duet qawaali.
the entire episode was full of pleasant surprises. shreya and preetam ‘s improvisation of song into qawaali was a great revelation.they are the greatest exponents in their respective fields.there is better co-ordination among three judges.
vyom follows aishwarya and anvesha in standard of singing .prakriti has no expression and soniya’s voice quality is not upto the mark.
whosoever devised this episode has done a wonderful job .the show ended with the qawaali which was included in a reality music show for the first time and it left a deep impact on viewers’ mind.god bless everybody connected with amul star voi.LET US HAVE MORE SUCH EPISODES.

My friend o my point of view raja is the guy who is the winner this is what you call singing age doesnt matter is experience what is aneek age how much he knows about music compare to raja ,
aneek is good like other play back singers they are singers who are recognised from their voices

Do not be disheartened by the judges remarks.Accept it sportingly with a big heart. In addition avoid getting carried away by heart warming or breaking comments. Instead be focussed,`put in extra efforts and bounce back with a vengenance to prove your critics wrong. Whereas your voice quality and range is concenred be assured you are at par with others.Gazhals and quawalis might not be your cup of tea but if you work hard on it I am pretty confident you have the ability to croon your voice to the point of acceptance. Also a singer is required to demonstrate versality and variety in his her voice to make a point and serve notice to listeners. Keep in your mind you have a very stiff competition on hand with highly talented singers amidst you. What is imperative is that you maintain a high level of inconsistency , discipline, competitiveness coupled with melody. Obviously the grind, challenge and rigour of the competition is immense. It is something with which you have to live through out if you seriously want to make your endevour a grand success.Prakriti make full use of the very important platform you have been rendered at such a young age. Should you cash in on fully you are destined to an exciting career. Our support is there for you always.

Prakriti can be eliminated only if she comes to scaryland for one day. Otherwise I don’t see any chance of non-Darjeeling person to win any competetion. No way…even if Lata Mangeshkar comes and sings, still people of Darjeeling will feel that Prakriti scores over Lataji…Jio Darjeeling…jio!!!

After a hard day’s work it was just refreshing to listen to all the kids sing so well.
So profound in their rendition, it did bring tears to my eyes.
Aishwarya and Anvesha sang are gifted with mellifluous voice and sang with such emotion; profound in their rendition it did bring tears to my eyes.
In my opinion all of you are potential “platinum album material”

I loved the entire “qawwali” episode….the end piece was by far the icing on the cake and anweshas singing was the cherry on the icing…aishwaryas brilliant singing lent flavour to the whole thing.
whatever the judges say or do at this stage will be scrutinised by the public eye as also the participants’ singing.It must be tough for the judges too but they cannot push anybody thinking that “they will be better if they get trained” .Thats not the point. the point is how good a singer they are at this stage….from whichever part of India they come…And I think given the pressure that the judges are under they have been doing a great job. They can be nicer to the participants when they criticise but sometimes to get the best out of somebody you have to “call a spade a spade”. Areeb was a great singer but lacked the seriousness to take him through. And I think Kunal rightfully pointed it out.Sonia with her unique voice has carved a special place for herself even though shes not the best singer of the lot. Vyom is improving but lacks the confidence.It will be interesting to see how anwesha and aishwarya take this challenge from here on. Looking forward to the next episode. Plz dont fight and badmouth on the blog ppl. Lets hone our debate skills in a healthy way. Cheers

It was nice to see Ishmeet after a long time singing with Arreb in the saturday episode.
In Chotte Ustaad, according to me Aishwarya is the best singer and her voice quality is awesome. She should emerge as the final winner.

The last song by Aishwarya and Anwesha was fantastic. It was so refreshing to hear it I have the video recording and I’m never tired of hearing it over and over and over.
What a sweet innocent rendering.
I simply love both Aishu and Annu. Undoubtedly they should both come to the final. That will be an episode to remember for a long long time.

Thank you for your response Your suggestion that both AISHU and ANNU should sing the same song so that we can compare them is not correct, I feel because their strengths are different
Each of them is truly great in a different way

judges u suxx…prakriti sang very well in dis episode compare to the first contestant and that boy..i know the both gals aiswarya and anwesha they got really powerful voice but the comments given by the judges to prakriti was not acceptable.. she deserve atleast atti uttam not uttam….i think there is some racism going in dis competition
last but not least baini prakriti u r so cute n u really got a sweet voice..keep it up and gud luck..

Hi,
I am a listener and may have less than 5% singing knowledge but I can’t lie my self and I have to expressed my self what I see and feel than I commend it which is my right therefore I have noticed two points which would be helpful to all innocent and poor young kids to rectify their mistakes and these are as follows:
1. When they stuck middle of their singing all judges are stare at them and make them more nervous rather than help.
2. During the judges commends some time discouraged verbal commends rather than development and I feel they have been treated open prisoner. When I was this ages I had to play lots to digest my food and do they have time to play?
Suggestion: I therefore my request to all judges It would be more helpful if the judges would carried on for few lyrics when they stuck middle of the song so they would picked up remaining lyrics towards the end of the song and secondly be more softly commends without damaging their desire ness and it is very simple their innocent faces tell us negative feeling specially when they get bad comments.

AISHWARYA = ANWESHA : in performance i cut one point in my performance review because: one time there was a sudden blackout in one episode to Anwesha but other than that i have seen with my software judgement which analyses the “Music ‘ in all its components .
by final analysis these two should be the JOINT WINNER OF THE CHOTTE USTAAD.

public sentiments are not scientific : should be eliminated because it brings biasness & regionalism
to reach to a greater height: music mentors and connoissuers will have to come to world standard*** not indian standard.

Dear all Music Lovers,
i would appeal to you all to say “no” to new challengers’ entry into this competition.
Because:
1. These kids have toiled 3-4 months along with their parents coming to Bombay.
2. They have gone through the rigors of practice and shows so long
3. Their efforts and time should be respected.
4. Tremendous psychological pressure they endured already
5. They have lost school for so long
i really think all these factors should be considered critically.

i just love anvesha’s voice and her singing style.aishwariya is also very good but i think anvesha’s voice n her singing is more natural and it just touches the heart.her expression,throwing everything is just so perfect.i hope she will become the chhote ustad of star voice of india.because,there is no doubt that anvesha is the best among all of them.very best wishes for anvesha.

both anvesha and aishwarya are good singers. but anvesha is better.
