   As much i luv the Olympics and sporting events and Vijayendra Singh, I am having a hard time contemplating as to why SVOI brings in chief judges who have nothing what so ever to do with music. On the other hand i watch SAREGAMAPA and there one has the great maestro Ustad Gulam Ali Khan as the chief judge week after week. One wonders when SVOI is gonna learn!

   After the fantastic performance of Zakir Hussain rendering immortal composition of Naushad “o duniya ke rakhwale–” if there is any doubt in any one”s mind about the super talent of this performer then that person should better start learning indian classical music and listen to Mohammed Rafi’s songs to be able to form an opinion about Zakir’s awesome and unparalleled talent.
   Zakir is Rafi reborn and the credit goes to Ismail Darbar who has discovered this extraordinary talent and is superbly grooming him.
   Zakir = all the rest of performers in VOI-2 show.
   If Zakir somehow does not succeed in lifting the title of VOI-2 then future of real traditional indian music would be construed to be in real danger.
   Come on Zakir and Ismailji put in your best efforts to set the stage of VOI-2 on fire.You can do it.
