more i hear saptaparna singing jaane kahan gaye woh din— more i like her performance.god bless you saptaparna alias (appropritely nick-named) roshni.
i request ismail darbar to select good classical based songs for roshni as she is doing full justice to her talent under his wonderful guidance .
wah saptaparna you are truly voice of india.keep it up.
at last VOICE OF INDIA IS LIVING UPTO ITS REPUTATION.

I’ve been following all the episodes.I feel the gurus who are supposed to mentor the contestants and encourage them to sing well are not doing their part right.Ismailji is biased and gives negative comments to Rithisha especially…Sukhwinderji has proved to be a joker on the show with all his uncalled for antics(?)and Montyji sits there like a Big bear!
Sorry,the show has lost its attraction!

JAANE KAHAN GAYE WOH DIN—–AN IMMORTAL SOULFUL CREATION OF LEGENDS SHANKAR-JAIKISHAN FOR RAJ KAPOOR’S “MERA NAAM JOKER” SET THE STAGE ON FIRE. THIS OPENING SONG OF THE SHOW RENDERED BY TALENTED SATPARNA AND SUPERBLY ASSISTED BY MASTER VIOLINIST ISMAIL DARBAR ELECTIFIED THE ATMOSPHERE. THAT WAS MESMERISING EFFECT OF THE SONG WHICH HAD SOUL AND TOUCHED THE INNER HEARTS OF THE TRUE MUSIC LOVERS.WHAT A FANTASTIC OPENING FOR THE EPISODE!
WHILE THE ORIGINAL PERFORMANCE BY SATPARNA ON STAGE WAS DEVOID OF FULL ORCHESTRA THE VIDEO OF THE SONG ON THIS SITE CARRIES THE ORIGINAL SCORE OF THE MAESTROS SHANKAR-JAIKISHAN AND RESULT IS SIMPLY MIND-BLOWING.
HOW I WISH THE DIRECTOR COULD HAVE INCLUDED ONLY OLD CLASSICAL BASED MELODIES IN THE ENTIRE EPISODE!
GAJENDRA YOU HAVE AGAIN FALTERED AND THAT DOES NOT AUGER WELL FOR FOR FUTURE OF VOI.
CONGRATS ISMAIL DARBAR FOR YOUR GREAT MASTERY OVER THE STRING INSTRUMENT .YOU PROVED THAT YOU ARE THE GREATEST VIOLINIST OF THE PRESENT ERA.
